Postage is around 100 Bt. and takes around 1-2 days to deliver to Bangkok & Metropolitan area and 3-7 days to deliver to the outer provinces in Thailand.

4.3 via Kerry Express

We’ll post the order within the same day if payment is made before 11:00 AM, and the next day if payment is made after 11:00 AM.

Payment Amount

All charges that are notified within the shopping cart system has already included postage fees yo your location. (Should the postage fee be higher than what is required, we will notify you). We are not responsible for any additional fees such as taxes or customs fees incurred in the case of international shipping outside of Thailand (in which we currently do not offer.)

In the case should an item that you’ve ordered and paid for becomes out of stock, we will refund the full amount of the item that you’ve transferred to us back to you excluding any additional transfer fees (ie; bank transfer fee if your bank account resides outside of the Bangkok Metropolitan area).

All discount coupons on the website—if any—only applies on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to not accept certain orders that we deem that we cannot fulfill or may be harmful to our business operations.

Cancellation Policy (please notify before shipment)

In the case should you like to cancel an order, change some items, or add some items to the order — please notify us before shipment so we can adjust our order and notify you of the new balance.

Once an item has been paid for and posted, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Our main shipping methods include Kerry Express and Thailand Post, in which you can use your tracking number to receive updates of the status of your order via their respective websites (as listed above under section “4. Delivery”).

We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier services such as Kerry Express or Thailand Post or other courier services to outside the Bangkok Metropolitan area (as used in some cases), but we can help investigate the case if needed.

Product Exchange Policy (due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defect that is within product warranty)

In the case if the product is broken, or components are incomplete that it cannot carry out its intended function, we will accept returns from 3 days after the product has arrived to you. In that case, please kindly repackage the item in the same box that it has been packaged in before it has been opened, and deliver the product back to us (ie; via regular registered mail from Thailand Post or Kerry Express.)

We reserve the right to not exchange the product should it be returned in a different packaging or box.

We also reserve the right not to exchange products whose parcel may be slightly out of shape during shipping (ie; from Thailand Post or Kerry Express), but the product is still perfectly functioning as intended, because the condition of the box during shipping is out of our control. However, we will try our very best to package the parcel as best as we can to avoid this issue.
